Our business model is focused at providing boutique high quality service at premium, instead of scaled consultancy model. We are leveraging our extensive IT network to gather the best team for the job while keeping control on the main pillars - processes, architecture, hiring.
There are a few aspects of where we can do better:
1. Hiring a particular consultancy company limits you to what is available in their resources
pool. We are much more flexible into cherrypicking the best talents available on the free
market or through our partners.
2. Service companies will usually offer a mix of a few seniors with mid and juniors. They have
internal incentive to bring up the juniors so that they can be sold as seniors later on.
No, the idea behind our name is to provide black box service, where we take care of everything needed for successful delivery. Part of our process is diligent documentation, knowledge sharing sessions and hand over.
As a service it is on the high end, yes. On the other hand, if you look at it from an investment perspective it is not. Gathering the best people for the job, motivating and engaging them with a decent renumeration pays back. Compared to a cheaper service, out teams will deliver with higher quality and faster, bringing the total cost of the project down. Additionally, faster time to market means your product will start generating revenue sooner.
